How I found MY Yoga
From stress to tranquility…
Hello there, friend! My name is Bridget Guisinger, a North Houston based yogini. I began practicing yoga in 2012 as a way to relieve stress and breathe deeper. I was blown away when I discovered that pranayama (conscious breathing) could soothe my Type-A mind. By becoming more mindful of the breath and body connection, I was able to bring ease to the chaotic and tense situations life can bring. Unable to keep this powerful transformation tool a secret, I enrolled and graduated from The Yoga of You school with a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher certificate through Larry Thraen, specializing in vinyasa style yoga. In January 2017, I quit my corporate job in the oil and gas industry with the dream of connecting with more people and sharing my love of yoga daily.
I teach public classes at several studios in The Woodlands, as well as private yoga sessions. I draw inspiration for my classes by cultivating a mind-body awareness through the practice of pranayama and slowing down. You will leave my classes feeling relaxed, renewed, and invigorated!
My personal mission statement is to quiet the mind, bring ease to the physical body, and nourish the soul to create the space for living a happy and healthy life!
