Small Group Yoga Sessions


New to yoga and don’t want to try it alone, or perhaps you are introducing someone to yoga for the first time? Small group yoga sessions are available for a group of 2-3 people. You will still get the hands-on, intimate yoga session but with the added bonus of a friend or loved one joining and motivating you.

Finding Your Yoga is all about YOU! That is why I have dedicated myself to providing completely customizable yoga classes, tailored to fit any and every body. I draw my inspiration from nature; Mother Earth grounds me. When you become grounded, you can be calm, clear, and still. In this quiet space, a powerful transformation can take place on and off your mat. Upon inquiry of a private yoga session, I will send you my questionnaire. This document will ask questions ranging from illnesses and injuries to hobbies and lifestyle. Upon completion, we will discuss what you are looking for during the session. I will then create a class specifically designed to fit your needs, wants, and body. My home serves as a yoga studio that includes an indoor room with large windows and air conditioning, as well as an enclosed sun room that provides a warm-hot practice space. For convenience, I will also travel to you if you have space available.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered through touch and activates natural healing processes of your body to restore physical and emotional well-being. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is a great healing mechanism when combined with yoga or used on it’s own.
